Our Story

Being raised by an Idaho cowboy and a Southern Belle, food and farm culture were a huge part of my life. As far back as I can remember, I always noticed a difference in the way I felt being outside. I was blessed with a heart full of gratitude for the beauty of the earth. Combine that with a passion for all things design and you get one plant-obsessed landscape designer who loves what she does.

From designing formal gowns in high school to my own wedding dress, design has always been a part of who I am. After studying Interior Design at UC Riverside, I worked in both residential and commercial Interior Design before starting a family.

When our youngest started preschool, the time was right for me to continue growing in my career, and I knew that design would be part of it. The long and winding road back into the workforce found me as an assistant to a Landscape Architect. My favorite things were merged into one, and all of the skills I had developed were put into perfect use. Needless to say it didn’t take long for me to realize this was my calling. Over the next few years I worked with some of the people I respect most in the world and who have helped me develop a style and skillset that allow me to do what I love!

Thank you for the support and most of all thanks for letting us help you design your dream yard!
