What We Do
Step 1
After we’ve received the initial inquiry from you, we reach out to set up an appointment for an on-site consultation to discuss your project in-depth, get an overall feel for the size and scope, as well as understand your vision. Following the consultation, you’ll receive our proposal and contract with the design fees and breakdown of cost.
Step 2
Once the proposal and contract are signed and the deposit paid, we get to work creating the Vision Board and first-round design plans, which are presented to you on-site at our first design meeting. Most projects include up to 3 rounds of revisions because our ultimate goal is perfection. We want you to fall in love with every aspect of the design and get as excited about your new space as we are.
Step 3
When your plans are finalized, we work with local preferred contractors and nurseries, to start getting you bids and to ensure you have everything you need to get your project installed. We try our best to connect you with the people you need to get the job done, even though we’re a design-only firm, and we do offer project management services by the hour if you need a little extra help and coordination along the way.
If you’re a DIY client, our plans are complete and detailed enough for you to phase them out however you need and over as long as it takes. As long as you follow the plan, you’re good to go.
