New recipes!

Welcome to almost-February. We’ve survived the first month of January, 2021! Congrats. I hope you’re enjoying the #PrattFamMealPlan as much as we are. This week I threw in a bonus dessert recipe for your Sunday dinner because it’s amaaaazing and deceptively simple/easy. You’ll love it!

I’m trying something new this week…we’ll see how it goes. I’m going to post the title to each recipe with a link so you can pick and choose what you want to do if you wish. Here we go!

Saturday: Minimalist Baker Easy One-pot Massaman Curry (If you haven’t tried Massaman Curry, you must! This is one of our favorite curries and this recipe is simple and easy!)

Sunday: NomNom Paleo Instant Pot Chicken and Gravy for dessert: Bakerita Vegan Chocolate Cream Pie (No bake, very easy, super delicious!)

Monday: Cooking Light Fig and Arugula Salad (grilled chicken on the side)

Tuesday: Cookie+Kate Roasted Cauliflower Lentil Tacos (SOOOO good!!)

Wednesday: The Kitchn Black Pepper Chicken (Simple, GF version of the take-out fave)

Thursday: The Kitchn Sausage Lentil One-pot Pasta (one of our kids favorite meals!)

Friday: Chef John's Classic Chicken Noodle Soup (hands-down the best chicken noodle soup EVER)

There you have it! Let me know what you make and what you think! I have a full week of appointments and lots of catch-up work to do after being on vacation with the family this past week so a lot of these are easy, quick, delicious meals that don’t take too much effort.
